 Tea with a Twist!
Tea with a Twist takes the conventional English tea service and gives it a new look, new flavor and trendy setting where everyone will want to be seen. Say goodbye to the standard finger sandwiches that will be replaced with tapas-style hors d.oeuvres including such creations as a mille-feuille pastry twist with salmon tartare with caviar or a cucumber twirl with vanilla scented Dungeness crab salad. Guests will also enjoy the sweet side of tea time with exquisite tarts, cakes, pastries.and scone twists. Tea with a Twist will also include a selection of unique teas, but will be better enjoyed with a tea infused Tea-tini. Don.t expect the classical piano music in the background either. The Nicole Pesce combo will be warming up the room with acoustics jazz while the voice of Jeffrey Hattrick takes center stage. With dimmed chandeliers and candlelight, the ambiance of the Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge takes on an entirely new richness around Tea with a Twist.
