Spring Blend: Garden Bouquet
My spring blend is intended to capture the essence of serenity found
in an English garden. It is made with an inherently flowery Taiwan
oolong, select quality chrysanthemum blossoms and a natural essential
oil pressed from the rare Bergamot fruit. A "tea" made from
Chrysanthemum blossoms is an ancient cooling and detoxifying remedy
from Eastern Asia and is often taken during the spring season. The
honey-sweet, herbaceous and wintergreen-like flavor of Chrysanthemum
blossoms blends well with this unique oolong tea to create a
golden-green liquor with a fresh flowery aroma and a naturally sweet
finish.
