Summer Blend: Provence
Inspired by my summers in France, the summer Blend is intended to
invoke the feeling of Provence which I describe as one filled with
images of lavender fields blowing on a sun-drenched hillside... the
sweet smell that lingers in the air during afternoon drives through
country vineyards... the sparkle of the sun dancing along the water as
it laps upon the shore at a beach called L'Estagnol... the equally
bright sound of cigales chirping in the pine trees during the
afternoon lunch. My summer tisane is a blend of blueberries, organic
schizandra berries, rose hips, hibiscus, and lavender layered gently
with natural rose and tart plum oil.
